Job Description
- Managing incoming/outgoing calls from different sources on the outstanding related stuff (Monthly subscription/Summons/others) for the project below:
- GoCar Sharing
- GoCar Subs
- Renault Subscription Program
- Nissan Subscription Program
- Responsible to manage and reply to the email pertaining to all of the outstanding/payment-related stuff
- Responsible for CTOS and credit evaluation for all the applications received from RSP/GCS/NSP
- Strong written and speaking capability
- English is an added advantage
