Job Description
You will be playing a role to duties that are assigned by department head which includes the following activities :
· To ensure all the die sets & machines are assembled as per schedule and meet customers’ specification.
· Prepare spare parts packing list and conduct all die sets & machines testing and buy-off.
· Prepare assembly check list and pre-delivery inspection activities.
· Assist in customers’ training and attend to customer service request.
· Ensure that proper procedures are followed to accomplish quality and reliability.
· Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues or malfunctions, working closely with the engineering team.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date assembly documentation, including assembly logs, test reports, and quality control records.
· Adhere to company safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations during the assembly process.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in assembly of automation machine will be an added advantage.
• Hardworking, meticulous and positive attitude.
